The role
As an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering a proactive health and wellbeing strategy that safeguards our people, fosters resilience, and drives a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day you’ll be:
- Leading the delivery of occupational health and industrial hygiene services in partnership with our external provider
- Designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives that support physical, mental, financial, and social health
- Providing expert advice to managers and employees on health, wellbeing, and workplace adjustments
- Monitoring health and wellbeing data, identifying trends, and reporting insights to senior leaders
- Building strong relationships with leadership teams and the wider workforce
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager
- Proven experience in leading and managing occupational health and wellbeing functions
- Background in delivering occupational health services
- Skilled in interpreting health and wellbeing data and producing actionable reports
- Experience managing external contracts related to occupational health and wellbeing
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing wellbeing strategies and initiatives
Qualifications for the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager
- Qualification in occupational health (e.g. nurse, physician)
- NEBOSH General Certificate - desirable
- Project Management qualification - desirable

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
