The role
As a HR Data Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data across our systems. You’ll be part of a specialist team that supports the wider HR function, helping to drive operational excellence and informed decision making across the business.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Managing and updating employee data across HR systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting HR cases from the People Advisor Team and ensuring timely resolution
- Processing internal employee changes and validating data in line with business processes
- Taking ownership of dashboards and data cleanse activities on a rotational basis
- Ensuring all data is approved, validated, and supports business needs
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the HR Data Administrator:
- Experience working with analytics and updating systems
- Skilled in handling large data sets
- Proficient in using Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas to identify and correct data issues
Qualifications for the HR Data Administrator:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
