The role
As a Fleet Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will join a dynamic team, delivering world-class fleet management solutions to MOD clients across the globe.
Day-to-day, you’ll be gathering data from various sources—including lease providers and official sites such as the DVLA and VOSA and cross-referencing this information with our internal Clarity system to ensure accuracy and compliance. Tasks will also include but are not limited to:
- Validate vehicle data in Clarity Manager, flag discrepancies, and update records following review with Line Manager.
- Provide administrative support for vehicle operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and incident management.
- Assist other teams with general administrative tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email.
This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 4 days in the office/onsite and 1 day working from home.
Essential experience of the Fleet Administrator:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong track record of efficiency and reliability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Approachable, composed, and supportive, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
