The role

As a Expense Administrator you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of our central expenses team, supporting the smooth operation of financial processes that underpin our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a role that combines precision, collaboration and purpose. You’ll be helping ensure our people are reimbursed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the financial integrity of a company that supports defence, aerospace and engineering projects across the globe.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Administering expense processes on behalf of employees
  • Validating and processing cash and credit expense claims to meet performance targets
  • Maintaining accurate expense accounts
  • Reporting performance statistics related to credit card and expense administration
  • Supporting the Expense Manager and wider team with general cover and coordination

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Expense Administrator:

  • Proven experience in administration roles
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work to service level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications for the Expense Administrator:

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
