We operate at the heart of defence, aerospace and engineering — industries that protect communities, support national security and build infrastructure for the future. Behind every complex programme is a workforce that feels supported, heard and treated fairly. That’s where you come in.
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping positive and effective people practices across our Marine business. - Advising and coaching managers on employment law, policy and best practice to support fair, consistent outcomes
- Managing a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and flexible working matters
- Building strong relationships across HR and the wider business, escalating complex issues when required
- Keeping knowledge current by staying up to date with employment law, legislation and evolving best practice.
This is a full‑time role working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with a half‑day on Friday), based at Rosyth Dockyard. Hybrid working patterns are available.
