The role
As a Employee Benefits Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our Group Reward team, helping to shape and deliver benefits that truly matter to our people. This is a dynamic opportunity to influence how we support our diverse workforce, ensuring our benefits are simple, fair and aligned with market expectations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, making a real impact on employee experience and wellbeing.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Leading the full lifecycle of employee benefits, from renewals to engagement
- Collaborating across functions to deliver high-impact, sustainable benefits projects
- Managing our employee benefits platform and associated policies and processes
- Advising stakeholders and solving problems to build a consistent and equitable strategy
- Partnering with internal and external teams to ensure benefits meet evolving needs
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Employee Benefits Specialist:
- Strong understanding of HR and reward/benefits practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a strategic advisory capacity
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
