The Role
As a Commercial Support Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our central Commercial Governance Team, supporting the delivery of key initiatives that drive commercial excellence across Babcock. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a function that upholds integrity, transparency, and ethical standards, making a real impact on our business and society.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Managing and updating the Commercial Global BMS Site, ensuring documents are current and aligned across functions
- Overseeing the Commercial Connect Site and Group-level Bid Governance Site
- Acting as the central point of contact for the NDA App
- Supporting the Commercial Higher-Level Apprenticeship Programme
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercial initiatives
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Commercial Support Advisor:
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and time management
- Managing stakeholders effectively across various levels
- Communicating clearly and professionally
- Taking ownership of tasks and delivering results
- Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications for the Commercial Support Advisor:
- You’ll be encouraged and supported to work towards the World Commerce and Contracting Practitioner Certification, complementing your on-the-job training and professional development.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
