Support the delivery of vital MOD training contracts

The role
As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and compliant delivery of MoD training contracts. From managing learner records and funding paperwork to handling data entry and office coordination, your work will underpin contract performance and help us meet key targets.

Day-to-day you’ll be required to:
• Provide administrative support to supervisors and field staff for efficient contract delivery
• Manage learner files and funding body paperwork to auditable standards
• Carry out timely and accurate data entry into the systems
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, telephone calls, and maintain office supplies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, and Equality & Diversity standards

The role is based onsite at MOD Lyneham, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

Essential experience of the Business Support Administrator:
• IT literate – proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Works well as part of a team
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own workload

Qualifications for the Business Support Administrator:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
