Key Responsibilities
• Preparation:
Laying dust sheets & rolls of carpet protector, cleaning surfaces, stripping old

finishes, filling holes/cracks, sanding, and applying primer/undercoats.


• Application:
Applying paints, or specialized coatings (stains, varnishes) using brushes, rollers,

or sprayers.


• Cleanup:
Tidy up the work area, clean tools, and properly store materials.

What We Do (Beyond Just Painting).


• Protect & Enhance: The work isn't just aesthetic; it protects surfaces from moisture, corrosion, and damage.


• Work with Various Surfaces: We work on drywall, wood, metal, masonry, and more, understanding the needs of each substrate.


• Collaborate: Often work with other trades like builders, electricians, and designers.

• Pimlico Painters are a well-established Central London based painting and decorating company. We specialise in commercial & residential painting & decorating (internal and external), spraying and specialist coating (including industrial floor coatings) using a highly skilled, experienced and established team. We also offer most types of maintenance services.
• Our existing client base spans residential homes, commercial properties, office buildings, hotels, schools and health clubs.

The Benefits:


• Pimlico Painters also provide apprenticeship rolls with hands on experience & training of painting, wallpapering, specialist coatings The apprenticeship pay rate is £11 per hour for the first 6 months training, after which a review will determine skills v salary progression,
• Experienced painters will receive £18 per hour + monthly bonuses.
