You will lead Infrastructure, Construction and Refurbishment Projects of varying size, value, and complexity through the full project lifecycle ensuring adherence to outlined cost, scheduling and risk baselines. &nbsp;Day-to-day, you’ll provide construction governance, technical and design support to internal and external stakeholders including third party subcontractors.&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage the construction process on a day-to-day basis, supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, inspecting work, checking materials, and ensuring quality control standards are met.</li><li>Plan and monitor the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, focusing on cost, schedule, and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Sponsors to agree on project plans and deliver regular Monthly Review Reports highlighting progress, deviations, and corrective actions.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective governance structures for project delivery, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities in alignment with the company’s Business Management System.</li><li>Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment, manage project staffing, and lead collaboration with the design team including architects, engineers, and contractors.</li></ul>This role is full time, 37 hours per week worked across 4 and a half days, Monday to Thursday from 8am – 4.30pm and Fridays 8am until 1pm. This role is based on site at Rosyth Dockyard, Fife.
