The role
As a Warehouse Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics and supply chain operations, supporting the warehousing and material planning teams with essential administrative tasks. Day-to-day, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that ensures our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver critical services and support to our customers. You’ll also:
- Supporting warehouse processes including goods receipt, outbound logistics, and material returns
- Handling data entry using Excel and ERP systems
- Creating monthly and ad hoc reports to keep customer information up to date
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and support reporting
- Assisting with internal audits and quality administration processes
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Walsall. Typically, you’ll work 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Thursday with an early finish on Friday.
Essential experience of the Warehouse Support Administrator:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Proven ability to log and track enquiries to successful resolution
- High level of competence in Microsoft suite in particular Microsoft Excel
- Warehousing experience is desirable
