The role
As a SHEP Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Safety, Health & Environmental Protection (SHEP) team, providing vital administrative support that helps keep our people safe and our operations running smoothly. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a team that makes a real difference across our defence, aerospace, and engineering projects.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating the SHEP team’s activities, including preparing monthly reports and materials for meetings and presentations
- Supporting all members of the SHEP team with administrative tasks
- Drafting reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation
- Organising and distributing the Quarterly SHEP Newsletter
- Assisting with the production of the Monthly Meeting SHEP Pack.
This role is full time and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.
Essential experience of the SHEP Administrator:
- Recent and relevant experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of business operations and safety practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with business applications such as CONCUR, IFS Portal, Agility, and GBMS.
Qualifications for the SHEP Administrator:
- HND level or equivalent relevant experience.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
