The role
As a Programme Workforce Support Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Through strong collaboration, you'll help shape a responsive and sustainable workforce that meets the evolving demands of our Project. You will work alongside our HR department to develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business goals and objectives, whilst ensuring the welfare and development of our employees.

Day-to-day, you’ll:


Develop and implement talent management strategies, including contingency planning and leadership development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce plans and adjust as needed.
• Work alongside HR to ensure the well-being of your team, helping to create a supportive, inclusive and healthy working environment
• Support Programme changes by ensuring a smooth transition of workforce resources.
• Contribute to the development and management of workforce-related budgets.
• Prepare reports and presentations on workforce planning activities for various stakeholders.
• Ensure workforce planning activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.


This role is full time role working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2/3 days in the office.

Essential experience of the Programme Workforce Support Manager:


• Previous experience of working in a HR or People focused role
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in workforce planning tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of talent management strategies and practices.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Security Clearance
