The Role
As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission-critical logistics operations, ensuring that vital assets are tracked, audited, and coordinated with precision. This is a role where your attention to detail and proactive mindset will directly support national defence and engineering excellence. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement - making a real impact on operational readiness and your own career development.
Day-to-day you’ll be required to:
- Conduct asset audits and maintain accurate records using customer systems
- Coordinate logistics and calibration processes without physically handling goods
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Book assets into premises and manage onward movement and tracking
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance with health and safety procedures
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Ashchurch.
Essential Experience of the Inventory Coordinator
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail, tenacity, and a can-do attitude
- Using Microsoft Office Suite confidently
- Bringing experience or understanding of stores or inventory environments
- Communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Applying basic health and safety awareness in operational settings
Qualifications for the Inventory Coordinator
- No formal qualifications required, but a UK driving licence is desirable
- Background in asset management or logistics coordination is advantageous

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
