The Role

As an Engineering Integrity Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver technical excellence across defence, aerospace and engineering. You’ll lead the development of toolsets and dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights—helping us make smarter, faster decisions that protect lives and advance innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to influence technical governance and assurance, product safety, quality, cyber resilience, and AI use across a global organisation. Your work will directly impact our ability to manage risk, drive performance, and uphold engineering integrity.

This full-time, permanent role is based at any of our offices in the UK, Canada or Australia, with flexible working patterns available. Travel to other Babcock and customer sites may be required.


Day-to-day you’ll be:

  • Developing workflows and dashboards that support technical governance and assurance
  • Interpreting complex datasets to generate insights for engineering integrity
  • Liaising with stakeholders across sectors, business units, and projects to collect and analyse performance metrics
  • Enabling data-driven decisions by identifying trends and technical risks
  • Aggregating metrics into comprehensive technical risk reports

Essential experience of the Engineering Integrity Data and Analytics Manager:

  • Background in data management and analytics
  • Proven ability to manage data using enterprise software tools
  • Strong understanding of information assurance
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights

Qualifications
Membership with a recognised professional technical or engineering body.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
