The role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor to maximise resource utilisation
- Ensuring tasks meet cost, time and quality standards
- Promoting safe working practices aligned with company policies
- Responding to service enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Creating accurate work orders for maintenance teams and liaising with Planning
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 weeks in Faslane, 1 week in Coulport and 1 week working from home.
Essential experience of the Customer Service Administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with IFS (advantageous)

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
